God is Enough

God is Enough

When times are tough
God is enough
To cheer me and see me through.
When I don't know just where to turn
I wait to see what God will do.

Whether it is a lack of time
Or that funds have run out,
I know that God is still in control
Of this I have no doubt.

Sometimes I must go through a trial
And sometimes the waters are high
But my God is real to me
And not just far away in the sky.

Some say that God is a crutch
Used by Christians like me
I'm not ashamed to say I need God
And know that God loves me.

If God is a crutch so be it
A crutch helps the lame to stand
And truly when I am too week to be upright
God lifts me up and holds me in His hand.
