Fun
My parents love to laugh
And I have a sense of humor-
Inherited from them, no doubt.
They are the ones who taught me
What fun is all about.
They love to see me having fun
And to me it just makes sense
That laughter is good like a medicine
But not at another’s heartache or expense.
A smile can warm the heart
And I hear it’s good exercise,
But tears can fall and laughter cease
When one glimpses the rolling of an eye,
Or hears jests meant to ridicule
Just because it might seem cool.
Fun that all find to bring happiness
Is the best kind of fun to seek
And you will never have that nagging feeling
Of causing someone to be sad
When it’s time to go to sleep!

My family loved to laugh and I was teased from as far back as I remember. My dad's friends used laugh at my jokes and tease me good naturedly.

Amen. Making fun and making fun of, are two very different things.

I have had much fun with you all this early a.m.,
I would'nt even be up if giuseppe, nunzio and miss peanut (daschunds and beagle ) hadn't made such a racket to go out, then I stayed up.
These three dogs are noisy enough to by themselves to simulate the experience of walking into an aspca filled to capacity, but I love em' what can I do, they're very spoiled.
