Today I Laughed... Empty

Today I laughed so hard
That in complete joy and glee
I bent over double
And I slapped my knee.
It felt so good to laugh
And I wished I could share
The happiness of that moment
With my friends who needed prayer.
When I let loose and laughter rolls
I have not of bit of hesitation
For God gave us that gift of laughter
Knowing it does good like a medicine.
