| At eventide where dwell the lost, A blood-soaked fulfilment, a payment of cost, Soiled garments taken, becoming ever red, In royal adoption we were given life. A perfect river, an ever flowing stream, Of iridescent water that purifies and gleams, A just and righteous estuary, an everlasting spring, A water of divine reflection. By a xylem, a vein, through which life flows, The Branch that sprouts so fruitfully grows, From the holy rod of sacred appointment, A quenching shrub, of fruit that is ripe. In royal adoption, we were given life, By a water of divine reflection. A quenching shrub, a fruit that is ripe, Came from Heaven, dying for my imperfection.
