They told me as a man, I am not supposed to cry
So I began bottling anger and pain deep inside
If someone is down and I feel the same
Because I am a man, Can I not share their pain?
Could a few drops of tears make you less of a man??
I thought so as a boy, But I now understand
Maturity and growth has made it well justified
I hurt like you hurt, you are human and so am I
At some point in life we must all shun our pride
So who cares what you think, I am a man and I CRY
