There he was cursed, Cast from his fathers hand
Betrayed
Carried off for dead
Blood bursting from his side
No more life in him reside
As he hung upon that hill
Lonley man
Who loved us still

All hell was in its day
satan screaming victory
his demons smirking
laughing oh so cruel
A world possesed by them
Left no man to fool

The glorious streets of gold
turned dark and pale
A thunder roared on earth and vale
Cheribum no longer sung
but tears were only wrung-

His father up above cried
It Is Finished!
OH MY LORD!

He lay in the tomb
as if in earths dreadful womb
No song was heard
not even that of a bird
But in all the land
dreams seemed to have their stand

Upon that hill he gave his final breath
And in that grave,
sin no longer are we your slave!
with every scar we can tell
the world how great you are
As you hung upon that hill
Lonley man
You loved us still!

I never though of God in heaven looking at Jesus crying this line, good imagination
