A Note to Bless You Today

You saw me one day
When I was sad
Feeling alone and blue
And didn't hesitate a moment
To do what you felt led to do.
You cheered me with your smile
And with a gentle hug or two
That's why I want to pay you back
And send this note to you.
It's filled with so many good wishes
So many prayers and loving thoughts
That I could never begin to fit them
In a card that was store bought!!

You have so many little poems that I want to save and pass on to others. I just love your sweet heart.

I felt a little nudge today
To send you a little note
It wasn't anything profound
Just loving thoughts I wrote.
God bless you as you go through this day
And each day that is to come
For God loves every child of His
And you are a very special one!

You may see us as dinosaurs
Outdated and no longer cool
But we've lived and learned so many things
That you won't learn in school.

A little birdie told me
As it flew by today
That you could use a hug or two
