Inspirational and Faith Poetry

It’s that time now that I make my stand
What then say my grave stone, “I DID MY BEST”
Drawing a politic line in the sand
Pray, say what have on my chest, pass this test
Allow me this dream one Light

The program will never compute we boot
All have individual beliefs
Each with lines in the sand stand shoulder to man
There are to many too resolute they’ve grouped
Living this dream one Light

The order of tithes in deed will die
Each and every man in deeds will apply
Each and every man feeds the supply
Given in faith in Him they must rely
Loving each neighbor as though they are thy
Repeating this dream never ending is Light

Mist moves like steam as I prepare to fight
All myth shall dispel, see we do relate
I shall stand and wait, to hell will repel
This is how I fell, outside of the gate
Allow me this dream, at its end “ONEWITHLIGHT”

Rising to ascend the gate opens I fly in
There are many mansion there I do believe
A universe made whole based on will perceive
There is no unknown place one cannot travel
All the secrets of life have been unraveled
Living now in this dream being with one light

All who chose to ascend and go travel
Returning ye again back to the mission
There be those left in darkness who do battle
Blessed with a lesson attack now in session
Delivered to all of his dream of ONELIGHT

Enlightening yourself with your unique skills
Comes to some through the discovery of Sun
Along with all the stars in the galaxies
The light is right there for all of you to see
Awakening of the dream for the One Light

Light discovered in the elements nature
This is what increases ye love in stature
Avoid this does all human disaster
Understanding your one with the Master
Allowing ALL this dream, at its end “ONEWITHLIGHT”

Love the way this one reaches for the heavens, yet it seeks to unite us here on earth:

Given in faith in Him they must rely

You're very welcome. I believe we should support each others talents that we use for the Lord, because if we don't who will? Have you tried writing in prose too? Judging from your poetry, it seems you have a few great stories stored up inside you too.

Lora as I ever do so try to remain humble, I will admit there are many. The more I pray and ask for spiritual guidance and understanding the more God blesses me with words to pen though at times I don't understand them myself. . Yours are verses that I have to read over and over before making a worthy comment. :-) There is a lot to absorb. I will come back and reread after our guests have left.

Please do not worry yourself Thena. You are not that first that has told me this. I myself go back and reread them many times and each time I learn something new. Each time when I do, I ask myself what was I thinking and where did this come from. However I know the answer even before and after I say ask it.
