The Writer's Burden.
[I did try to avoid using the word "burden" but I also couldn't shy away or repel the magnitude of its relevance to the entire context.]
A friend of mine narrated to me how disturbing it is as a writer to have unfinished projects in one's cupboard. Not suprisingly, I have heard many other writers also 'try' to match-up time and writing desires together.
However, it's a burden I know has a solution - with my experience.
First, a writer must ask: To Whom?
Many writers are self-centered or reward driven. The Bible -a conglomerate of books written, prides of authors who had the knowledge of their audience as a passion. A writer's burden should not be the writing itself but the audience. Think more about your audience; then you'll discover what to write to make the necessary change(s) you observed. Your passion behind such observation(s) will make you grab the pen! Now you'll write smoothly but also with a sense of urgency!
If you get stucked back to 'trying', get back to THINKING about your audience!

God Bless!
