PRAYER FOR SERIOUSLY ILL CHILD
I'm working on a collection of special needs verses, etc.

Lord, Please Add More Tomorrows

Lord, we love this little one
Whom you so graciously sent our way
But those who know his illness say
To adjust to the fact that all too soon
You may call him away.
Lord, we ask for another tomorrow
For we just need more time together.
We need to dance in the sunshine
And splash in puddles in rainy weather!
Lord, we do not question your mercy
And your wisdom is beyond all
But with humble plea on bended knee
It is on Your name we call
And in Jesus Precious Name we pray
Lord, hear our prayers today
And see in our hearts our sorrows
That cannot bear to part with this babe
And grant us more tomorrows.
