9 months of growing
and baby Jesus began showing
it was time to make the journey to Bethlehem where He would be born of a virgin
And so she went riding on donkeys back
Bearing the Child who would later ride atop a donkey on the path to give His life to save the same hands which whipped his back
While the people went before him laying down palm fronds like he laid his palms down to take the nails
Shouting Hosanna
Hosanna in the highest!
Father Joseph's family doubted his decision to marry based upon the fact that marry was pregnant before they were married to a father they had not known
Little did they know the baby mother Mary carried
would rise again three days after being buried
Bearing scars on His hands and feet from the cross He carried
If they only knew the truth
Baby Jesus would've never been born if it weren't for God's hand in the life of Ruth
And Herods decree to kill the babies of Bethlehem
Only to be dissapointed that he could not kill Him
Make straight a path for the King!
May an overwhelming presence fill your spirit as we sing
"Joy to the world for He has come! Joy to the world for He is born, through Him I've overcome!"
Oh, Mary had a little lamb who's fleece was white as snow!
And I don't know if you know but I thought you should know
Jesus Christ is the Only Lamb that can wash you white as snow
The only way you can fail is by saying 'no'
So please brothers and sisters on this Christmas Day
Share in the Joy that Christ has given me
Make a decision
It's just one choice
The Little Lamb is knocking don't ignore His voice.
