| There was a solitary olive tree In a field standing, Caught about by mighty winds, It’s leaves and branches dancing.
Ever-green and Evanescent, Endless in its motion, Despite the desolation all around, The wind-struck land erosion.
A foxtrot fueled by furious breeze, Love-struck and dazed the olive tree lay, That the wind who knows no distant end, Nor rest would lead it in divine ballet.
In the carnal dust around the tree Consumed by communion, A cordial truth; the wind’s presence, A redeeming conclusion. |

| Love the alliteration, assonance, and consonance along with a stirring message. It rolls off the tongue very nicely. Excellent! |
