LIFE STORMS
Genesis 9:16
“The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember
The everlasting covenant between God and everY living creäture of all
flesh that is on the earth.” KJV

When life is at its very worst
Storms come with mighty bursts
the sky is dark and gloomy gray
just remember God shows the way.

Rainbows appear after the storm has passed
for it is a sign of His promise, He will guide us
Through any troubles, port or storm
He is with us and shows us in this form
Always look for the rainbow first.

Never forget after your battle with a storm
When your life is full of doubt and dismay
storm clouds fade into the distance far away
then God’s promise a rainbow He will display
It is only a prayer away!!

Great reminder of the hope and support we have through the Lord. It's so easy to take our eyes off of the Lord when we are going through trials, and that's when we need Him the most. I especially love the last stanza:
