Prayer for Those in difficulties

There are so many people going through so many difficulties today
So many folks for whom we need to pray
God, we lift them each one up to you
Asking You to touch as only you can do
And that our prayer be just the same
As if we had mentioned each one by name...

A beautiful prayer, I just prayed it in my morning prayers. There are so many who have no one that still prays for them.
