Sometimes you gotta
Let the tears flow
Sometimes they start
And the reason you don't know
But there is a feeling
Deep inside
A feeling of sweet relief
After you have cried...

YeaThena, you're right on. Kinda like releaseing the preasure in a baloon that's 'bout to burst. Really liked the poem.
