Out of Bounds

Out of Bounds

Sometimes as we play the game of life
We lose sight of the goal
And in our struggles
Of the ball we lose control.
And sometimes it takes God's nudging, I've found
To let us know that we have gotten out of bound..

Awake
I awoke this morning
Thankful for another day
To enjoy the blessings
That you send  my  way.
I rejoice  in the love you  show me
Even in those times I fail to be
The kind of loving person
That you want me to be.
Thank you for forgiving me
When I judge others for their sins
While justifying my own
I know that they must grieve you
And I bring them now before your throne
Seeking not to hide a single one
But letting each of them be known.
Help me to accept  Your forgiveness
And to forgive those who sin against me
And fit me  for your kingdom,Lord
For all eternity.
