Can be interpreted in many ways..."view of eternity" amongst others. Sometimes to get the "bigger picture" requires some adjustments.
In our spiritual walk there is an ongoing cleansing aside from the initial immersion...Paul referred to as a kind of healthy reverent "fear and trembling" in our approach to salvation/faith.
Jesus said: "You need only to wash your feet...", this was very significant and had a very deep meaning very impactful.
Whenever a visitor entered a home in those days it was a tradition to wash their feet before entering into a home, simply because most people wore sandals and the feet would be dusty and sandy.
Having been cleansed of sins our daily walk through this "fallen" world is an exercise in picking up worldy dust and debris to the point of clinging to us.
But then again...you know all this i'm positive:)
Made me think...and thinking can be a dangerous thing at times...
Thought about the word "aspiration" for some reason it really pulled at me and I tend to follow up on these little prompts they more often than not lead to unexpected finds and subconscious double entendres.
1.
a strong desire, longing, or aim; ambition:
intellectual aspirations.
2.
a goal or objective that is strongly desired:
The presidency has been his aspiration since boyhood.
3.
the act of aspirating or breathing in.
4.
Phonetics.

articulation accompanied by an audible puff of breath, as in the h -sound of how, or of when (hwen), or in the release of initial stops, as in the k -sound of key.

the use of such a speech sound, or aspirate, in pronunciation.
5.
Medicine/Medical.

the act of removing a fluid, as pus or serum, from a cavity of the body, by a hollow needle or trocar connected with a suction syringe.

the act of inhaling fluid or a foreign body into the bronchi and lungs, often after vomiting
Now the high-lighted definition here really strikes me because I have had such procedures done as well as by grace having survived many life threatening health issues and being cured of cancer.
It really resonates how one or more malignant/toxic obstacles must be removed from our walks albeit physical, mental or psychological before a deeper understanding of the spiritual can take place.
Made me "think" and I didn't want to going in...but i'm glad I did, thanks.
Also, it is refreshing to see the use of "we" prevalent in your offerings it is significant and very telling (requires a conscious effort, many of us take for granted when we become complacent and no longer make that concerted effort is usually when we begin to fall backwards)...means a lot!
