Hi there, I am a 60-something-year-old currently living Christchurch, New Zealand - home of the big earthquakes of 2010 & 2011 (and, just 2 minutes ago another one, though, thankfully nowhere near as big!). I have been writing letters, church newsletters, emails, Christian messages of various topics for many years. I have done various writing courses both practically and at-a-distance and co-ordinated a couple of writing groups. I taught primary children for many years but now live a more relaxed life-style which gives me time to concentrate on new skills such as blogging and to finish incomplete projects - books!

I was a public and Christian language arts and social studies teacher. I taught elementary and junoir high. One of my favorite things to do was to write poetry with my class. I love to write 
Christian poems from my heart. I use a lot of free verse and varied rhyme. I like to write free in Spirit sometime with a set pattern and sometime un-patterened, but full of expression of love for Jesus, Our Lord. He is worthy of endless 
praise and thanksgiving. 
I am now retired and living in Newport Beach, California.
