A love as sweet as roses
The love he has to give
A love all dark opposes
He gave his life so that we may live.

Upon this unworthy ground
His holy blood was shed
Amazing grace how sweet the sound
The sacrifice, the life sustaining bread.

On that day our victory was won
The dark and all within it cried out in pain
The war between night and Day was ended by the son
All because on unworthy ground the worthy lamb was slain.
