Lord Bless My Friends

Lord I take seriously
The friendships I’ve been given
And hope to meet them all someday
When I finally get to Heaven.
So many folks are hurting Lord
And it is my daily prayer
That whatever their needs might be
You would meet them there.
Some may think their pain too small
To bring to others’ attention
While others have a hurt or grief
That is beyond any definition.
I know you love them Father
And that’s why you sent Your Son
That all of us could come to You
When our time here on earth is done.
