| Hi My name is Nat and I have been playing around with poetry for a while. It was one of those things that I did as a little kid and didnt really do it again for many years and now here I am 40 yrs old and starting to pick up the creative bug once again. I have been with my partner for 26 yrs and in that time I think he has only ever read 2 of my poems. They are very private to me and I have never had any other eyes upon them. In following one of my fav writers Donald Miller, he recommends getting your work out there, why hide it, so here I am ! Alot of my poetry is my own experience, I dont really follow any formats as I have never studied poetry or writing, I just love to put my thoughts down, I find a blank piece of paper exciting.....HA ! I am looking forward to reading other poetry and welcome thoughts and critique on mine. Blessings Nat  |

I follow no format...have no proper training, and as stated before here...no experience.. I just like to write. I chuckled when you said..

I have found that the people on here are a wonderful group of people...they will give you their honest opinions..hold nothing back..and still make you feel cherished and loved. I hope you feel the same!
