Alas and Alack
I must say
I sometimes dread
My workout day.

I get up and dress
In my Reebok gear
And hope my creaking bones
No other exercisers can hear.

I keep on going
Trying to get in shape
As more and more
The former days of fitness
I now appreciate!

If I should live to my 100th year
Will I still need
my Reebok gear?
