An introduction to me

Hi Folks,

I am called Lou Barba, and I reside in a semi rural area of upstate NY. I have had a fairly long and interesting life. My wife and cat live with me and both are delightful. My cat is jealous of my computer and tries to keep me from typing, because I can’t pet her and type at the same time. My wife is the hardest worker I know, and I have to tell her to “PUNCH OUT” sometimes.

Because of the varied experiences in my life, I have many stories to tell. My blog is sprinkled with anecdotes about my life, some humorous and some serious. I also write fiction in a series of posts. One of the stories is entitled THE CADDY MURDERS . This is a story set on a resort golf course located near The Village On The Edge Of The Sea, a fictional village introduced in an earlier story, MURDER IN THE VILLAGE ON THE EDGE OF THE SEA .

I have a full time job driving kids back and forth to school in the city of Ithaca School District. This provides me with enough tales to write a TV series or write a book. My entire perspective on life is interpreted through the mind and eyes of Christ. I hope that in some way, His light shines through my life and the things I write .

Welcome to Christian Creative Writers. I know what you mean about the cat. I have the same problem. They can't understand what could possibly more interesting than they are. I often have a cat in one hand and type one fingered with the other until she decides I'm too boring to bother with anymore. I look forward to getting to know you and reading some of your work.
