Heavenly Beauty

When the stars are out on a really clear night
Where there is no other light
You can see pinpoints of thousands of stars
Its such a beautiful sight.

It looks like the sky was sprinkled with delight
When you get to see it on a really dark night
It looks like some scattered glitter
God is not a quitter.

When He does a job for the beauty
It’s not done out of duty
He does it for our pleasure
So we can enjoy it at our leisure.

I want to be His light
His beacon during the night
I want to shine so bright
It will draw people to God’s light.

If you don’t know Him now,
The Bible will show you how
Otherwise you will never see
The Heavenly beauty that is He.

If you could see beyond the clouds, the sky, and the sun
You would see so much beauty it would stun
Will we dwell there with God one day?
We will if He has His say.
