Love Be Free

Let Love go, set Him free to chose who He wants to love
Don’t be the one to hold Love back, let Him live on a sleeve
So that anybody can grab a hold and be free themselves

Only one holding Love back is you and me out of fear
Not because of the broken heart that we just received
But not wanting to feel the pain that comes with it

What we don’t understand is that Love isn’t something we keep
What isn’t ours can’t be broken, sooner we understand this quicker
Our pain of a broken heart will go away

When we let Love free, to chose who He wants to love will see
The face of that Love come alive like it lived long ago before Calvary
When every one would gather to hear Love teach of parables

Don’t be afraid anymore don’t be the one holding back Love
Take the key and set Him free to love all that breaths in life
So they too can hear the voice to tell them don’t be afraid

Let Love be free to chose who He wants to love
After all He died so that His love could free all of us
It’s not right to keep this Love to ourselves
