Are you trudging through the sand
Wondering why you feel lonely
Waiting for a helping hand
There's no answer to your question
Scratch your head with puzzled frown
You have lost your fervent passion
Escalators going down.

Do not worry, He is with you
Keeping everything afloat
It's a time of pressure testing
Ready for a newer coat
Keep on walking through the desert
An oasis is in sight
You will be equipped and ready
Strengthened by your longest night.
