Though the years have passed and still can't believe you've gone
Your memories of your time here at Earth caresses me
And with Faith , I've kept my determination to carry on
Sometimes the tears stream just because
As I recall then how life was
Your smile, laughter
As sunshine is to rain
Thunder and rainbows
Time and again
Some of these folks and kin
I've never got to meet or know
Primarily for the reasons I was very young
Or I wasn't even born yet, so
And yet I sense I've known you forever
Must be intended
I will not argue that
Just go along with things fast and slow
Sometimes along my journey
You all give me a sign
To give me reassurance that where you are
All are fine
I am blessed and thankful
I'm learning , sinned, forgiven
Your presence tells me
" I'm Smilin At Ya From Heaven"...
