early spring-high pollen

Hi, i know this seems awfully selfish but i really could use some help.
i never had allergy issues till moving to the south, every year it is a bit more intense.
i get two major sinus infections a year, one in the spring and one in late fall (like clockwork).
well as it so happens, this past saturday i was caught in such an uncontrollable, violent sneezing and coughing fit, i actually injured a rib or pulled a diaphragm muscle...to what degree i don't know. i'm having great difficulty breathing and sleeping. i missed work today and i really can't afford to miss much more, please pray for healing mercies...i know i can count on my brothers and sisters in Christ and especially ccw members, thank you.
i won't go to the hospital unless it is a matter of life or death, i don't believe it is either but i do believe in the power of earnest prayers.

Living in Oregon will give you allergies, I know many who suffer thru this every year. It can be quite debilitating, my prayers are with you brother.
