Hello everyone and thank you!

My name is Michele Christian-Oldham. I am so happy to be a new user to this wonderful site! I have several short stories published in the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series as well as two other compliations books for parents of twins. I was lucky to even have one of my Chicken Soup stories run in Woman's World magazine back in July!

I am a mother of three tweens (10 year old tween girls and a 12 year old son). I firmly believe that without my amazing children I would not have anything to write about! They provide the best writing material!

I currently work as a freelance writer for Kidding Around Newspaper in which I have a column titled, "A Day in the Life of a Mom", as well as interviewing teachers and families in the area and writing their story. I also have a column in my local newspaper called, "Life In Progress."

Also, I am in the process of publishing my first children's book. However, there is so much to learn and at times I am completely overwhelmed by the market aspect of this whole project. I pray that it goes smoothly.
