Every Joint Supplieth

All of one Body

And so it was planned

The leg needs the shoulder

The jaw needs the hand

The whole has been tempered

By Spirit’s command

A job to be done.

No cause for bragging

It’s His grand design

The downcast are lifted

With oil and with wine

The bold call us higher

The air there sublime

And all for God’s Son.

Ephesians 4: 15, 16

Note: On our blog I got a "like" for this poem from an interesting young reader in Newcastle, England who is a poet and avowed agnostic. The person is definitely looking. The Holy Spirit is at work! For me this blogging over the years has been like tossing messages out into the ocean in bottles. They show up who knows where? North America, India, Brazil, China, Turkey, Great Britain, Australia, Malaysia...This is a marvelous age of communication. God IS getting glory.
