Oh Wendy, My Wendy

Her name is Wendy and She draws her life in horizontal lines
She said she's got problems but writing on her wrists solves them most of the time

She's got a map to Neverland on both of her thighs that she would die to follow if her soul could take flight

Every night Wendy waits patiently by her window for her savior
But little did she know that Peter Pan could never save her

shes goes to bed with tears running down her cheeks
Hoping that her savior would come and wake her from her sleep

She's counting the days since she's seen him on her hips
and Wishing that Peter Pan would be there to meet her lips

OH, WENDY!
can't you see!
This deadly cycle will go on until you die unless you open your eyes!
Wendy take my hand and ill show you the light!
Wendy take my hand!

That is a deep, intense portrait of somebody who everybody either knew, or knows. No doubt. Life's short, pray hard. Excellent poem, man. Word.
