LITTLE BOYS

Little boys are lots of fun
As you see them play and run
Their pockets are always full
Of things that are never dull.

They have a hard time growing up
They make your life overflow its cup
They are a child still
But want to be a man with skill.

They want to be a man in mommy’s eyes
Especially whenever she cries.
He will be the cause of many of those tears
And some of your greatest fears.

He will be one of your greatest blessings
And he will teach you some lessons.
So dedicate his life to Christ
And he won’t be quite as enticed.

Teach him about God and love
And all the things sent from above.
Pray for the wisdom to raise him right
And everything will come out alright.

Glad you guys liked it. Sometimes we forget the kids in our lives. I guess we take them for granted. Anyway, little boys are a breed all their own.

Isn't that the truth! I'm so glad the Lord gave me all boys, being a tomboy myself. I'm not sure I would have known what to do with a girl. LOL

I only had two girls, but I have some grandsons so it kind of equaled out. I don't think I could have raised the boys. I think the Lord knew what he was doing when he sent the little ones to us.
