"The Master Baker"
My breakfast bread is a Godly creation.
It's a slice of life spread with inspiration.
Sometime it contains things that I see.
Other times ideas well up inside of me.
I sit patiently and wonder what it will be.
It always seems to appear magically.
I write the thoughts down as they come.
With lightening speed it is always done.
My words all line up in an orderly flow
Rhythmic and non-stop row after row.
Ingredients I use are a different kind
Mixed in heaven and baked in my mind.
In this fast pace electronic human race
It is easy to forget about God's Grace.
It is a free connection to The One above,
The Master Baker, Who bakes with love!
Finished loaf placed on my heart's shelf
Was done with His help, not by tself.
It is marked with a cross for all to see.
