911 THOUGHTS ~ TEN YEARS AFTER ~ AMERICA BLESS GOD BEFORE ITS NOT ALLOWED

Reflecting today
Solemn in some ways...
At the loss of life
Those who died at the hand of evil
They were caught, unaware by terror
Going about their business
And yet, they never knew
How could this be?
For in America, we are free
But there are those who hate
What we stand for
Truth, liberty, justice for all
The foundation, one nation under God
And yet in schools, and places,
this grace of prayer is not allowed
What has happened to us?...
Our Lord, Jesus, excluded....
Not included, in the ceremonies....
Even today ten years after in commemorating this sad anniversary
Some in power deny the presence....
Of Gods people, the clergy...
Or even those who served, fire and police....
So is this what we have become ten years after?
An insult to those who die daily for our rights,
Our soldiers, have fought, for this very right....
And yet right in our sight, denied....
Its insanity, to not see
Honor, should be given to the survivors....
To the living, to the families, to the clergy, to those who served
But again, God is not allowed
So where will we be ten years from now?
Only Gods knows....
But to His true people He will show...
To those who cry out to him
To those, who are delivered from their sin
Jesus will return
And to those who deny him, even now
Will not be able to deny him, or His power
But by then, it will be too late...
Hell will become their fate....
You want to call it separate church and state?
Well....God is not mocked
Amidst all the talk....
You insult the HOLY one who holds your fate....
Maybe reading this, will change your mind and heart
And truth, will not depart....
Before it is too late, America wake up and see....
To be blessed and free...
America must come back, and bless God....
Before it is not allowed.....Do not lose your right...
Freedom is not free....
Unless you allow God, America, in every public place....
You lose your freedom, and Gods grace....

Nice piece, but..............
America's founding fathers recognized the need to seperate church & state. This principal is what allows us to be so tolerant of all religions in this wonderfully free America. I appreciate your devotion to Christ. I just wouldn't ram it down the throat of Muslim or Judaic or Shiite children that share our children's classroom. America the free & tolerant. God Bless. Well, I appreciate your thoughts too. But, I am not ramming anything down anybodies throat. This is a Christian writers, web site. But I wrote that, because America, was built on the Christian foundation. Americans were Christians before other religions were here in America. To each their own. But, if we are denied our rights, that were basically given to us, by our founding fathers. That is just sad. Because when I was younger, at least, we could pray, in school. And no one got offended. If they did not like it, they did not have to participate. It is my opinion. And as an American with free speech, I express this. And there is only one true God, the God, of Israel, the God, of the Holy Bible. Others may dispute that as well. But, I know him as Jesus, because he saved my life. Spiritually, and even physically. But I do appreciate your thoughts, even though, I might not agree. Its anyones right as an American. To choose what religion, or God. But don't take my right away, just because you don't agree with it. This is America! And as an after thought, if we were in another country, that did not have our freedoms, we would not have that right. We must think of the persecuted church, as well. For they are denied that right. America, really needs to open her eyes. Thats just my thoughts anyway....God bless you, thank you. Elena
