Now You Hold A Miracle

Now you hold in your arms, a miracle
A little bit of a dream come true
You hold a tiny bit of eternity
In this gift God sent to you.

Each tiny baby is a miracle
A blessing that God chose to share
A blessing to be treasured every day
And handled with love and prayer.

It matters not if our life is a short verse
In a poem that God writes
Or an epic that goes on for years
In which people find delight.

For God creates each one special
And each life is meant to be
Not only for the brief time here
But to continue for eternity.

That brought me back to when I held my three boys for the first time. God's awesomeness was so real to me in those moments. Thank you for the memories.
