I have published 2 magazine articles.


“Avoid Burnout, Administer Self-Care” Nursing Spectrum-Southeastern Edition-March/April 2007

“When Your Pediatric Patient Becomes a Crime Scene” Journal of Emergency Nursing, Vol. 36 No. 1, p. 53-54 2010

I have also written and presented on Compassion Fatigue, Self Care for Health Care Professionals, and First aid in the Boonies.

Thanks! I have been a nurse for 19 years not counting school. I'm not currently working in the field as I have just transitioned to full time homeschool Mom. I do see myself continuing to write for the field, but I would like to branch outside of it as well.
