Find the Good in Today

Find the good in today
No matter how it may start.
There will be something good
If there is love down in your heart.

Bad things happen to us all
And we all make mistakes and sin
Thankfully God picks us up when we fall
And bids us begin again.

Folks may disappoint us
And we may do the same
All days won't be filled with sunshine-
Flowers need the rain.

Tough times help to make us strong
And help us appreciate the good
Our faith in God gives us the strength
To do the things we should.

Love the mixture of grace and truth. Grace without truth leads to sin without limits, and truth without grace leads to condemnation. Thankfully our Lord knows how to apply just the right amount of each. Praise god.
