My two most favorite books are Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, and his book The Silmarillion. Lord of the Rings was originally just one book. I read them every year around Christmas. It's like giving myself a present.

I've been wanting to read that but just haven't gotten around to it. I would be hard pressed to pick only one favorite Christian author, but I like WM. Paul Young and Jerry B. Jenkins quite a bit.

As far as Christian fiction.....
Catherine Palmer, Michael Phillips, Brock & Brodie Thoene are my favorite authors.

I read as much as possible....I've discovered ebooks now that I have an iphone. CBD has free ebooks that they change out every month. Very nice to have in the boredom arsonal.
