In turmoil and with obstacles
You search to find the way

Take a moment
In silence or with a pen
When you're done
Conclude with " Amen"

No matter in life
Young or old
Follow your spirit truly
Let it all unfold

Angels and the Lord are with you
Where you may trod
Just simply
Give praise
Blessed be
