| I have been reading through a book by Lysa Terkeurst called Made to Crave. She also has a companion devotional called Craving God.
This book has helped me to look at my weight loss journey as more of an opportunity to draw closer to God as opposed to relying on my own strength to lose the weight and make the right decisions.
Does anyone have other books that have helped them in their weight loss journey? |
