Your Dawn

Awaken to who you are!
Look!
Grasp!
Take hold of who you are!
You are divinely chosen.
You are royalty.
You are a child of God!

All past is gone
And,
As a day is new continually at its start
You are new
You have a new dawn...
continually.
You can trust and entrust yourself to Him...
For He creates the beauty of you.
He has designed your heart's passion.
And He fulfills your longings, according to His plan.
Know that the Father's joy swells at the thought of you.
He needs you to know His love.
He needs you to stand,
live,
and remain
resilient and strong!

Awaken to who you are!
Your past is gone!
And your dawn has come!

Oh, I'm so glad you were able to get things worked out. Praise God.

I love the way this poem speaks to me individually as the reader. Second person writing is rare, but I love it. It really draws the reader in. The message of this poem is truly uplifting. Thank you. Great work.

Maybe he has his hands in prayer, is there a heaven for a hamster :o ? Great poem really like the writing style. My very favorite part is:

So blown away when I think how He loves little ole me.

Wow, I got tears in my eyes... this was a strong one, and something that all of us need to hear sometimes ya know? I know I needed to hear or read or whatever just happened... haha..
