So, It's Not Your Birthday

It may not be your birthday
Or your anniversary today
But it is an important one
For God sent you this way!
He created you for this time
This age, this location on earth
And you have been important to Him
Even before the moment of your birth!

Where did all the heroes go
I know we had them long ago...
Some went off to fight
For victory of truth and all that's right
While others have not yet revealed
That they have inside them
Strength that will help our world be healed...
Those whose faith and courage make them strong
And wait patiently to help right the wrong
That is happening in our world today.
To help them come forward we must pray...
For God has created us each one
In His own image and sent His Son
To save us as we strive here below
And it's His love He wants each of us to know.
No age, color, country or gender
Means that we need to surrender
To anyone who bids us harm
Nor can it take us from our Father's arms.
Come heroes now and answer the call
It's time to speak out and answer God's call
To share with those who need to hear
Whose lives are racked with pain or fear
That God is in charge and only He can
Save our souls and heal our land.
