Sigune from Germany.
Gosh, I can't believe how shy I am about entering this community. I've been working on my first historical novel on the founding of the first Christisn community at Corinth for nine years now. Since September I have not only been suffering from a severe depression but also from a major writer's block, considering my work as utterly point- and worthless. Can't seem to get over this emotionally, and since my relationship with our Heavenly Father has suffered severe damage as well, I'm hoping to get some prayer support here.
Okay, so that's one not quite so cheerful introduction for you, but well, after two weeks of trying to figure out how to introduce myself "properly", I figured might as well just state the plain facts and see what happens.
"Sigune" is a tragic figure from the medieval Arthurian cycle, by the way, but I think the German writer Wolfram von Eschenbach invented her so she might not be known even to the hardcore "Arthurians" along you.
Blessings to all of you!
