| A gray-scale portrait, a divine reflection, Enigma in motion, celestial projection Of a glorious Craftsman, a Painter with Grace as His brush and the stellar easel in place. Although it is dark and appears to be grim, There is no doubt that its still captures Him, Who created in majestic mastery, With the strokes of deific artistry, The very same clouds of mysterious power, The overcast skies commanding creation to cower, In reverence and fear and in disbelief of sight. It compels all to kneel by the directing of light. You see, in the clouds that appear to be dark, Redemption is found in Salvation’s Ark, For in each flash of lightning that engulfs the sky, God’s holy light again passes by. And in each roar of the thunderous clouds, God’s deity- His awe angelically resounds. Condensed water in mystical formation, Conveys our cleansing, our purification. His light and His lordship and His human recreation, By cognitive-crafted circumstance is drawn a revelation. Of a father who reigns in enigmatic vocation. In a grayscale portrait rains down salvation. |

| i read this a few times and each time it seemed to be alive in the sense that each time i've read this i hear a narrative voice over in my mind of a very dramatic well performed powerful piece that continues to resound long after reading. it's as if i'm hearing this spoken in a very real vivid vision-like present sense...make any sense? how can i put this...hmmm? like opening a door, walking into a room where a hushed crowd is gazing and listening intently to the speaker, humbly finding a place on the floor to sit and listen in absolute awe. there...i think that's closer to what i wanted to say, though it is still an understatement of what i feel when i read this. |
