Two weeks lost

Two weeks of sadness and madness can make a grown man weep

Crying and dying in the middle of my sleep

One lost and lonely and shaking sheep

I made a promise to my Lord that I didn't keep...

Flashback...I can't take it all back

I got shot down in the demon's attack

I got drawn in to the wrong side of the track

and I should've seen it coming, but I just faded to black

Sin is oh, so clever...as is the temptation

"Ready, aim, fire!"...soul-assassination

I've been in the cross-hairs since my very creation

Once again hit by the sniper...another cry for salvation

A chalk outline where my body fell

Two weeks dead...solitude...mental cell

Caused by dark secrets cast by a dark spell

Caught up in the clutches...the clutches of hell

Lonely is this place I dwell

and haunting is that demon's bell

I bang against the bars, I plead and I yell

and by God's undeserved grace...all is well
