Friends in Christ are the best.
They stand out from the rest.
Jesus' Blood has washed them.
They grow in stature holy in Him.

These are the people chosen.
For whom He died and rose again.
This isn't a make believe story.
He did rise and went to His Glory.

He did this because He loves us.
Can anyone understand the cross?
I love Him dearly and that is that.
I bow before You on the floor flat.

I am not messing around with Truth.
My faith in You has established roots.
For my new life You are the reason.
That's why I praise You in any season. 

You are my closest Friend forever
Because of Your Love, not my endeavor.
I give my all to be connected to You.
Your love has saved me out of the blue.

In the world I seek my family in Christ
They are friends in Spirit not sight.
Together we bond and uphold You.
What a blessed holy thing it is to do.
