The Deer Of The Morning Dawn
How beautiful are You my Lord
Like the deer of the morning dawn
On the Mountain of Shalom
You were forsaken
But You never ever forsaken us
The Mountain of Your death
Runs with the Blood of Your Love
For all humanity
Which seems to be insanity
The Power of Your Love
Wrapped in Your Sacrifice
With wounds that penetrate
Your body upon the cross
That shook the world
A darkened sky
In the middle of day
An eclipse of the heart
That testifies
That this was the Son of God
Who had just died
Three days of shock
Three days of appearances
Then the Risen Hour
Rolled back the stone
That buried Your soul
Behold, an empty tomb
Soldiers in flight
For their lives
For the Risen One lives
And walks amongst His people
Cooks breakfast
And rejoices with His disciples
Before leaving earth
The picture of His Love
The picture of the Morning dawn
The picture of the deer
The picture that man needs to fear
The Messiah upon the cross
The picture of the empty tomb
The picture of the soon returned Messiah
